Job Description:

We are looking for two results-oriented professionals to join our Production Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily forging operations, managing shop floor personnel, and implementing lean methodologies to optimize output and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Lead daily shifts in the forging shop to ensure production targets are met on time
- Process Oversight: Monitor and optimize forging processes (hot/cold/warm) to minimize defects and rework
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate shop floor manpower, ensuring discipline and adherence to safety protocols
- Continuous Improvement:



Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and maintain 5S standards to improve workplace efficiency and reduce waste .
- Productivity: Identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for productivity improvement and cost reduction

Candidate Profile:
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in forging or auto component manufacturing
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of forging equipment, die maintenance, and production planning
- Soft Skills: Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
