About the Role:

We are looking for energetic professionals with hands-on experience in sports league ecosystems—from operations and franchise management to sponsorships and fan engagement. This role is ideal for individuals who understand how modern sports leagues function and can translate that knowledge into strategic execution and compelling case-led insights.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize league operations, including coordination with franchises, governing bodies, and stakeholders
- Drive franchise-level strategy across revenue, branding, and team operations
- Develop and execute sponsorship strategies, including partner acquisition and activation
- Lead fan engagement initiatives across digital, on-ground, and media platforms
- Contribute to player management processes including auctions, contracts, and performance tracking
- Build and present case studies on successful teams and leagues (e.g., franchise growth, monetization strategies, fan base expansion)
- Analyze and improve league revenue streams including media rights, ticketing, merchandising,



and sponsorships
- Support league expansion strategies and market development initiatives

Preferred Background:
- Experience with organizations such as Board of Control for Cricket in India, Delhi Capitals, Indian Premier League, Women's Premier League, Indian Super League, I-League, Pro Kabaddi League, Premier Badminton League, JSW Sports, or Dream11
- Strong understanding of sports league structures and monetization models
- Experience in sports marketing, sponsorships, or team/franchise management
- Exposure to fan engagement strategies and digital sports ecosystems
