Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics applications through rigorous testing and validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Design:
- Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Ensure test plans cover all functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Testing Execution:
- Perform manual and automated testing of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure defects are properly understood and addressed.
- Automation:
- Design and implement automated test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Maintain and update existing automated test suites.
- Performance Testing:
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the system meets performance standards.




- Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing input on test progress and any issues encountered.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and testing processes.
- Ensure all testing artifacts are up to date and easily accessible.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience as a QA Engineer, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- 5+ years of experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber).
