Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant operations, production, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor plant performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase output.
- Oversee manpower planning, workforce management, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, stores, dispatch, and logistics departments.
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery.
- Prepare production reports, operational budgets, and performance reviews.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe working workplace.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing plant operations and production management.
- Experience in mechanical maintenance and process optimization.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality systems, and industrial regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.

Preferred Industry Experience:
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Production, or related sectors.
