The Domain Consulting Associate is a core execution role within Lera’s domain consulting practice, focused on delivering diagnostics-led advisory engagements for banking and financial services clients.



Working closely with the Domain Head, the Associate converts practitioner expertise into high-impact consulting frameworks, toolkits, and client-ready deliverables, while owning the working-level execution of short- and medium-term consulting engagements. The role also serves as a critical feedback loop to Lera’s product teams, helping shape scalable solution blueprints based on real client challenges. In addition, the Associate contributes to practice-building and domain thought leadership through research, articles, and white paper support.
This role is designed for early-career consultants who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end consulting execution, client engagement, and consulting IP creation.

What You Bring

· MBA from a Top-Tier (Tier I) institute
· 3 – 5 years of experience in domain consulting, strategy, advisory, or research roles
· Prior exposure to banking or financial services is strongly preferred
