They analyze market trends, ensure stock availability, and coordinate promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Driving monthly and quarterly sales targets for TMT bars within an assigned territory.
- Network Expansion: Appointing new dealers, distributors, and sub-dealers to increase market penetration.
- Relationship Management: Building robust ties with key stakeholders, including contractors, builders, and influencers like engineers.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities, pricing trends,
and gathering feedback for sales strategy adjustments.
- Operations & Logistics: Ensuring proper stock availability, managing delivery timelines, and handling payment collections.
- Brand Promotion: Organizing dealer meets, mason meets, and marketing campaigns to improve brand positioning.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Generally 3–9 years in the steel, cement, or construction materials industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree; MBA is often preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, team management, and proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
