The Role
Your role
Bring your specialist knowledge and experience to a company managing 50% of the world’s MIPS and play a critical role in our modernization mission. You’ll be in valuable company among our global community of experts leading the future of mainframe modernization. Experts who share knowledge openly and collaborate freely.
In this role, you’ll design, build and maintain the high-volume business logic that runs on the mainframe.
At the same time you’ll play a key role in refactoring legacy code to enable modern cloud and mobile applications to seamlessly interact with the mainframe’s core data.
What you will do
Platform Engineering & Infrastructure
- Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available platform infrastructure.
- Develop self-service platform capabilities that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.
- Standardise infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes across environments.
- Drive platform reliability, scalability, and performance improvements.
DevOps & Automation
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Promote Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first practices across the organisation.
- Improve deployment speed, consistency, and reliability through automation.
- Integrate security and compliance checks into delivery pipelines.
