Job Purpose:
To originate and manage a portfolio of real estate developer clients, with a primary focus on funding residential and commercial construction projects. The RM will be responsible for sourcing business, structuring deals, credit evaluation, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Deal Origination

Identify and onboard mid to large-sized real estate developers for construction finance products.

Generate leads through market intelligence, broker/channel partners, and personal network.

Achieve assigned disbursement targets for construction/project finance.
2. Client & Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers of real estate companies.

Regularly monitor project progress, ensure proper end-use of funds, and track repayments.

Act as a single point of contact for client servicing,
query resolution, and project updates.
3. Credit Appraisal & Risk Analysis

Prepare detailed credit proposals with project cash flows, cost estimates, and viability assessments.

Coordinate with credit and risk teams for appraisal, due diligence, and sanction processes.

Assess project approvals, RERA compliance, and legal/technical due diligence reports.
4. Structuring & Documentation

Structure funding solutions (LRD, LAP, CF) based on developer needs and project life cycle.

Ensure timely execution of loan documentation, mortgage creation, and disbursement.
5. Portfolio Monitoring & Collections

Track project milestones and ensure adherence to financial covenants.

Flag early warning signals and proactively manage delinquencies or stress situations.

Coordinate with legal/recovery teams for resolution where necessary.
