Key Responsibilities:
- Convert qualified leads into successful closures
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth handovers
- Maintain a high closing ratio and meet monthly targets
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of the real estate market
- Excellent communication, negotiation & persuasion skills
- Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven personality
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate closing (preferred)
