Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital products. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business objectives and user needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and visually engaging UI for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with various departments to create training videos.




- Ensure design consistency with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Create original graphic content (images, sketches, tables) for marketing and product development.
- Present and defend design concepts to peers and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- MBA preferred, but not required.
- 5–7 years of experience as a UI/UX Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
