Section 1: Position Summary
The Associate Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting 529 plan operational processes for offshore service centers, with a focus on financial analysis, workflow management, and data integrity through Kofax and Unite applications. This role partners with onshore teams, leverages automation for efficiency, and ensures strong administrative oversight in a global financial services workplace.

Section 2: Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Transactional processing, reporting, and reconciliations within Kofax and Unite for 529 plan operations, ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily tasks.
- Monitor workflow queues in Kofax to prioritize and process Account changes, Deposits, Withdrawals, Rollover, Enrollments etc. for education savings accounts.
- Support onboarding and maintenance of 529 plan accounts in Unite, ensuring data is consistent, compliant, and audit ready.
- Analyze operational data and financial transactions to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement.




- Assist with the creation of dashboards, routine operational reports, and documentation to track productivity, errors, and regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate closely with cross border teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain operational continuity across time zones.
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
