? About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Subject Matter Expert / Senior Consultant who can bridge business needs with structured execution. This role requires a strong mix of process thinking, documentation expertise, data analysis, and AI-enabled workflow optimization.

You will play a critical role in designing, executing, and improving business processes, while leveraging up-to-date tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.

? Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into actionable workflows, templates, and process documentation

Own end-to-end execution from planning and analysis to delivery and quality assurance

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, and implement scalable improvements

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and comparative analysis for decision-making

Design and implement AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency

Standardize best practices, templates, and documentation frameworks

? Day-to-Day Responsibilities
