Job Description

The Valuation Analyst will be responsible for conducting property valuations across asset classes (commercial, residential, retail, industrial, land)



and delivering high-quality reports in line with industry standards (RICS / IVS / local regulatory guidelines). The role involves financial modeling, market research, client interaction, and supporting senior team members in complex assignments.
1. Valuation & Advisory
- Conduct property valuations using appropriate methodologies:
- Income Approach (DCF, Capitalization)
- Sales Comparison Approach
- Cost Approach
- Prepare detailed valuation reports for purposes such as:
- Financial reporting
- Loan/security valuation
- Transaction advisory
- Portfolio valuation
- Analyze lease agreements, rent rolls, and operating statements.

2. Financial Analysis & Modelling
- Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV analysis).
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling.
- Assess asset performance and investment viability.

3. Market Research
- Perform real estate market studies including:
- Demand-supply analysis
- Rental and capital
