Position: Design Engineer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities:-

Machine design
- Design, develop, and optimize machines for chemical process industries using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare machine layouts for proposal team to bid for various projects.
- 3d modelling & drafting
- Create detailed 3D models, technical drawings, and CAD files for machine components, assemblies, and complete systems.
- Prototype development
- Collaborate with the prototype team to bring designs to life and troubleshoot any design-related issues.
- Technical specifications
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including machine specifications, materials, and assembly instructions
- Testing & validation
- Work with the R&D; and testing teams to validate machine functionality, ensure design compliance, and perform modifications when necessary.
- Product improvement




- Analyse existing designs and recommend improvements to increase performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with production, assembly, and quality and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Compliance & standards.
- Ensure that all designs meet industry standards, safety that all designs meet industry st regulations, and environmental requirements
