Job Description
- Review contract documents and identify requirements and scope of work for project execution
• Feasibility studies, FEED, detail design and procurement support, construction, testing & commissioning.
• Must have a sound technical knowledge on Mechanical equipment – Static and Package equipment. Knowledge of rotating equipment will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with international codes, standards, and industry guidelines such as ASME, API, ASTM, ISO, NACE, DEP, EN, etc.
• Knowledge of preparation of data sheets, technical specifications, technical requisitions,



technical bid evaluations of various equipment, post order vendor data review and coordination with vendors.
• Should have good knowledge of material handling studies.
• Should be familiar and experience in offshore projects – Oil & Gas and / or Substations.
• Handle one or more Projects with minimum support from REN-EEC as part of Global Engineering.
• Execute work in compliance with the project requirements and the Company’s quality system.
• Responsible and Accountable for quality of work.
• Equipment Selection, Preparation / Checking of Sizing / Calculations.
• Preparation / Checking of Datasheets and specifications for all the static and Package Equipment.
• Preparation / Checking of RFQ and Purchase Requisition of all the Mechanical Equipment.
• Preparation of Technical Queries and Technical Bid Evaluation.
• Vendor Drawings and Documentation Review.
• Checking of Detailed Fabrication Draw
