As a Functional Consultant, you will...
provide support following the implementation of the Itineris solution. Customers will receive functional and/or technical assistance to ensure optimal application performance and maintain operational continuity.

What you will work on
- Translate business needs into functional specifications aligned with the Itineris UMAX solution.
- Manage assigned tickets, incidents,



and service requests, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Analyze, configure, and test solutions to meet customer goals and ensure quality of delivery.
- Facilitate customer interactions, including participation in user workshops, off-site testing, and go-live activities.
- Collaborate with the Service Delivery, product, or project team and other consultants to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
- Manage assigned tickets, incidents, and service requests, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Actively engage in project delivery, root cause analysis, and solution design.
- Document solutions, provide user support, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Continuously expand and share your knowledge of utility operations, UMAX functionality, and best practices.
