Full-Stack Developer (Azure | React | AI Development)
About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our small, agile team to build and deploy an end-to-end MVP web application that facilitates client onboarding through a responsive UI and a conversational onboarding flow to populate a client profile. In addition to this, the role includes developing trivial web-based game experiences that are branded and deployed on behalf of our clients with the goal of end user data collection.
Both applications will be built and hosted on Azure, requiring a developer who can manage front-end development, backend APIs, and data management, while provisioning the necessary cloud infrastructure and ensuring security best practices.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a robust track record of curious exploration, comfortable working independently, and leveraging AI-powered coding tools for rapid prototyping and while falling back on development experience and coding best practices for reviewing and productionalizing AI generated content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a React-based front-end that is responsive, intuitive, and optimized for performance.
- Design and implement backend APIs to support client onboarding and end user game experiences.
- Implement data management strategies, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Build and deploy templated game experiences that are branded and customized per client engagement.
- Provision and manage Azure resources, including compute, storage, databases, and networking.
- Implement network security and access controls to ensure a secure cloud-hosted application.
- Rapidly prototype solutions using AI-powered coding tools and review for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to iterate quickly on feature development.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues across both front-end and backend systems.
