Role Overview

WeVOIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and agile Training Manager to lead the organization's learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, developing engaging learning content, creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and partnering with stakeholders to build a high-performance learning culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end training programs for employees across various functions.
- Design and deliver onboarding, functional, behavioral, leadership,



and process training programs.
- Create engaging training content, including presentations, training manuals, SOPs, process documents, videos, and assessment materials.
- Develop, review, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational consistency.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions with high learner engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads and business stakeholders to understand training requirements and align learning initiatives with business goals.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and implement continuous improvements.
