Role description:
- Apply Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work
- Perform a role in accordance with the Arcadis behavioral framework.
- Support the management of performance and behaviors of more junior staff.
- Promote the culture of the business.
- Ability to provide leadership and technical advice to junior team members
- Competent with BIM processes and tools (Civil3D)
- Competent with the methodologies and techniques for developing BIM Models, Federated models, and clash analysis
- Undertake a leading assurance role to quality-assure outputs (e.g., drawings, reports, specifications, etc.)
to ensure that they meet or exceed expectations as well as Arcadis’s requirements and that they comply with national standards and codes of practice
- Valuable understanding and Knowledge of international codes like DMRB, along with various other International Codal Practices and Standards, CAD Standards for more than one County councils in the UK.
- Project Experience using various DMRB standards.
- Experience in MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full understanding of UK units of measure.
Role accountabilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery for Highway Drainage and Urban drainage related tasks.
- Preparation / Finalization of various Drainage-related drawings at various stages of projects.
- Preparation of project progress and status reports
- Ability to be able to work and manage the team, guide, and mentor them
