About the Role:
The Senior Researcher drives customer understanding across Payoneer’s ecosystem, from SMB merchants to global enterprises. This role leads multi-workstream, cross-functional research that informs product strategy, go-to-market plans, and company priorities.
The researcher translates complex customer needs into actionable insights that shape business outcomes and strengthen Payoneer’s position as a customer-first fintech leader.
What you’ll be spending your time on
- Research Leadership and Strategy: Leads two to three research workstreams within a product or customer domain, extending into adjacent areas such as onboarding, FX, or compliance. Defines and drives the research agenda for a product line or region, aligning insights with company goals and customer metrics. Identifies ambiguous customer problems and brings clarity through structured, evidence-based research.
- Methodological Excellence: Designs and executes research using mixed methods including usability testing, generative discovery, segmentation, conjoint analysis, and surveys. Maintains methodological rigor and ethical standards in research that informs product, marketing, and policy decisions. Synthesizes multi-country, multi-segment data into explicit insights that guide strategic direction.
- Cross-Functional Influence:
