Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Implementation Manager (SIM) to lead the onboarding, delivery, and implementation of Managed Security Services (MSS) for enterprise customers. This role combines technical project delivery, customer engagement, and security solution enablement, ensuring successful deployment of complex network and security services.



The SIM acts as the primary point of coordination across customers, engineering teams, and vendors, with a robust focus on on-time delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding of MSS solutions across customer environments
Gather, analyze, and validate customer technical and business requirements
Translate requirements into solution designs and implementation plans in collaboration with engineering teams
Coordinate and manage deployment activities including ordering, provisioning, configuration, and testing
Act as the primary customer-facing interface during implementation lifecycle
Ensure successful integration of firewall, SASE, and SD-WAN solutions into customer environments
Track and manage project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Drive issue resolution and escalation management acr
