Summary of the role:
Manager, Finance Technologies, part of the FICO IT team within LS&Co.;’s Corporate Functions IT, reporting to the Director, ERP Finance & Controlling, GCC Delivery Lead.

The team represents Finance in ERP initiatives and is responsible for S/4HANA implementations, global template rollouts, and ongoing enhancements to improve finance operations across markets. This role plays a key part in strategic solution design, finance transformation, and data migration activities across implementation programs.

About the Role-
This role requires a solid functional SAP FICO expert with hands-on capability and strategic thinking to design, implement, and optimize finance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design, architecture,



and configuration of SAP FICO aligned to LS&Co.;’s global template
- Drive strategic solutioning, including design decisions, trade-off analysis (pros/cons), and scalable finance process frameworks
- Own and support data migration and conversion activities including:
- Migration strategy and planning
- Data mapping (legacy → S/4)
- Data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define requirements and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Lead end-to-end project delivery (design, build, test, deploy, stabilization)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across SAP modules (PTP, OTC, etc.)
- Drive process improvements and adoption of new system capabilities
- Facilitate workshops, solution validation sessions, and stakeholder alignment
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) including test scenario design and issue reso
