You'll go beyond modeling to help ensure that designs are constructible, coordinated, and ready for real-world execution. Working directly with experienced US BIM leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality MEP systems across multiple projects.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop detailed MEP BIM models (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical) using Revit
- Coordinate across disciplines using Navisworks to identify and resolve clashes
- Produce project-ready deliverables: sheets, schedules, quantity take-offs, and reports
- Collaborate daily with US-based project teams to align models with real project needs
- Maintain and apply BIM standards, templates, and execution plans
