Job Description

Skills
- Experience in geotechnical design of earthworks,



slopes, retaining walls, underground structures, port structures, building structures, ideally in a variety of sectors. Experience in the Transportation sector would be a particular advantage.
- Experience in designing and delivering ground improvement methods in wide variety of environments.
- Experience in preparation and checking of well-presented design calculations, notes, reports, and general correspondence.
- Conversant with IS, IRC & relevant international codes and leading industry analysis and software for the design of slopes, retaining walls and foundations.
- Experience in preparing, running, and interpreting finite element packages such as 'PLAXIS' would be a distinct advantage.
- Experience and understanding of the multi-disciplinary design process.
- Knowledge of practices and procedures used within the water, transportation, and/or energy sectors would be an advantage.
