Role Overview

Nextlink is seeking an experienced PeopleDoc Consultant to support the migration of HR document generation capabilities from Workday HCM to PeopleDoc. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality document template migration, configuration, testing, and post-deployment support while ensuring business continuity, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

The successful candidate will possess robust expertise in PeopleDoc Document Generation and Employee Document Management, combined with a practical understanding of Workday HCM data structures, document templates, and HR business processes. Working closely with HR, Workday, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams, the consultant will ensure that HR document templates are accurately converted, validated, and deployed with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

Workday to PeopleDoc Template Migration

Lead and support the migration of HR document templates from Workday into PeopleDoc by:
- Assessing existing Workday document templates and migration complexity.




- Converting document templates while preserving business logic, formatting, branding, and conditional rules.
- Mapping Workday data fields to PeopleDoc placeholders and tokens.
- Rebuilding document generation logic within PeopleDoc.
- Configuring reusable template components and template libraries.
- Supporting multilingual document requirements where applicable.
- Validating migrated templates for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Supporting deployment and post-migration stabilization activities.

PeopleDoc Configuration & Document Management

Configure and maintain PeopleDoc document generation solutions, including:
- Document templates
- Document workflows
- Employee file structures
- Template categories
- Document metadata
- Retention policies
- Access controls
- Archive configuration

Ensure document management solutions remain secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational standards.
