Requirements
- Experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0 implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
- Deliver Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) solutions, drive process improvements, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support manufacturing operations within automotive and engineering environments.
- Configure, implement, and support SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective production planning and quality management solutions.
- Lead the optimization of manufacturing processes, workflows,



and system configurations to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain critical master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, and Inspection Plans.
- Support and maintain integrations with third-party applications, interfaces, and workflow solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
- Work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams to support project and operational objectives.
- Provide functional expertise in automotive and engineering manufacturing processes and best practices.
- Deliver end-user training, create functional documentation, and provide ongoing support and issue resolution.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP PP and QM modules in SAP ECC 6.0.
- Expertise in SAP PP processes, including: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Work Center Scheduling, Shop Flo
