About the Role

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who is looking for responsibility, design freedom, and the hunger to create amazing spaces and revolutionize the definition of workspace. The role includes designing both standard, custom and managed WeWork locations.



We are searching for an experienced Architecture BIM Coordinator to oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process, ensuring seamless collaboration between design teams, consultants, and contractors. This role requires managing BIM standards, overseeing project execution, and ensuring accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) documentation while maintaining efficiency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Must include a portfolio or any relevant materials to demonstrate skills and/or knowledge of platforms to be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical expertise in Software Tools-Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
- To ensure all stages of drawings including GFC set to As-built are properly categorized and saved on Autodesk/Procure (in collaboration with the PMC, Cost controller & T&C; representatives at site.)
- Proficient in Revit modeling and Coordination of services.
- Preparation of Revit C&I; BOQ.
