Job Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and qualified manner
- Take orders and assist guests with menu choices
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables
- Support kitchen staff in basic tasks if required
- Follow hotel/restaurant hygiene and safety standards
- Attend to guest queries and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or helper in hotel/restaurant preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Polite, hardworking, and able to work in a team
- Ability to handle busy service hours efficiently
