Roles and responsibilities

As Lead - Facilities, you will oversee end-to-end building operations across WeWork India centres,



ensuring seamless technical and soft services delivery while maintaining operational excellence. Success in this role is measured by operational uptime, client satisfaction scores, cost efficiency, and team performance metrics.

Building operations management

Managing complete building operations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, building management systems, and other critical technical infrastructure

Ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of all technical services across assigned centres with minimal downtime

Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

Managing soft services including housekeeping, security, pantry operations, and member experience services

Client relationship management

Serving as the primary point of contact for managed office clients, addressing their facility-related requirements and concerns
