- Knowledge / Qualifications
- University Engineering or Business Degree
- Previous Experience (If relevant)
- 8-12 years’ experience in Automotive industry – commercial, industrial or engineering background
- Key technical competencies
- Automotive global requirements.
- IATF16949 & Customer specific requirements.

- Team playing, leadership, communication skills and rigor. Ability to federate teams, define and actively lead a cross departmental plan to achieve results.

Missions
- Main Missions
- Manage and delivers the project (PO and Customer) objectives and deliverables.
- Responsible for the project profitability
- Manage the complete development budget and cash-flow for the entire project.
- Delivers a non-event launch of the project into production




- KPI and/or main deliverables
- Represents PO at the customer and represents the customer in PO
- Promote EHS and quality requirements internally and externally
- Project objectives (EHS, Development Result, Hours, NPV, Gross / Material Margins, cash at SOP, OPTIMAP project plan achievement, Launch Readiness, customer approval timing and OPTIMAP IS tools completion)

Activities

Project Definition
- Ensures the OPTIMAP Project plan and total development budget is in accordance with the agreed Customer Statement Of Work and validated project scope
- Leads the core team member’s OPTIMAP work packages and their agreed development budgets, in agreement with the project objectives and the project scope
- Establishes and manages the master project timing plan and consolidates negotiated planning of each core team member ensuring it conforms to the customer and OPTIMAP timing plans
