Key Responsibilities
- Debug reported issues and provide resolutions with appropriate fixes for business users.
- Handle complex QAD application-related issues from customers, partners, and business users, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Support development, migration, and maintenance activities across QAD environments.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Technical Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of:
- Progress 4GL
- AGL Programming
- API Programming
- Web UI Development
- QAD Reporting Framework (QRF)
- RF Eagle
- StreamServe (added advantage)





Integration & EDI
- Positive understanding of:
- Inbound and outbound XML file processing
- EDI configuration
- SNF Map Development
- Bank Drivers
