Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Numerical modeler/ Coastal Engineer to join our team in Chennai. In this role,
you will be responsible for developing and applying advanced numerical models to analyze and solve complex coastal engineering problems.
- Develop, calibrate, and validate numerical models for coastal and marine environments
- Analyze coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, sediment transport, and wave dynamics
- Design and implement coastal protection strategies and erosion control measures
- Conduct data analysis and create visualizations to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on coastal engineering projects
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in numerical modeling techniques and coastal engineering practices
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of creative solutions for coastal management and climate change adaptation
