Job Description

Role Purpose
The Program Manager will lead the strategic management of the organization's India office portfolio, overseeing real estate transactions, workplace projects,



and facilities governance across multiple locations. The role is responsible for aligning workplace infrastructure with business growth, driving portfolio optimization, ensuring successful delivery of office fit-outs and workplace transformations, and maintaining operational excellence across the India footprint.

• Develop and execute India portfolio strategy aligned with business growth, talent, and workplace objectives.

• Partner with business leaders, finance, procurement, HR, and legal teams.

• Conduct market assessments, location strategy studies, portfolio benchmarking, and occupancy analysis.
