Role Overview

Position: Head of Engineering

Location: Chandigarh, India

Engagement: Permanent – Full time

The Head of Engineering is responsible for leading and developing Talink’s engineering capability across multiple technologies, teams, and projects. This role sets the direction for engineering excellence, oversees technical delivery quality, and fosters a high- performance culture within the development teams.



The Head of Engineering collaborates closely with delivery, product, platform, and QA leaders to ensure Talink's software engineering function consistently meets client expectations for reliability, scalability, and innovation.

This role includes line management of Technical Leads and oversight of engineering workforce planning, career development, recruitment, tooling decisions, and deliver performance. The Head of Engineering will act as the most senior technical escalation point and will play a key role in shaping Talink’s future engineering strategy.

Clients Overview

Our clients span various industries, including distribution, manufacturing, primary produce, energy sector, resourcing, healthcare, finance, and their project needs vary from configuring and integrating established software packages into their environment, to custom software developed to meet their product or business outcome.
