This involves regular collaboration with senior stakeholders to ensure that the HR strategy is aligned with the overall business objectives and that the HR function is equipped to drive business success.
- Drive workforce planning, including hiring demand, skill mapping, and resource optimization, to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success. This involves analyzing business needs, identifying skills gaps, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
