MSO BI Design – Sr. Associate
MSO Overview
The Marketing Science Operations (MSO)
vertical serves as the operational backbone that ensures accurate, governed, and analytics‑ready marketing data across all digital channels. MSO enables MIO team to run self‑service analytics, generate insights, and execute campaigns reliably, with a focus on data readiness, governance, and scalable BI products.
Role Summary
The Sr. Associate – BI Design is a hands-on, mid-level design specialist responsible for translating business problems into intuitive, scalable, and decision‑ready BI experiences.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, UI/UX design, and business storytelling, with ownership of dashboard design quality, KPI framing, and mockup-to-dashboard translation. The individual is expected to independently drive design workstreams while mentoring junior associates.
