Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Supply Chain Management / Customer

Support to join our dynamic team as part of our fresher hiring program. In this entry-level role, you

will gain hands-on experience in the fundamentals of supply chain management, Customer Service

Skills, and communication with cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent prospect for recent graduates to kick-start their career in supply chain

management / Customer Support with training and support from experienced professionals.

Requirements:

 Recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Business,

Engineering, or a related field.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

 Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Flexibility to work night shifts (9-hour shift between 5:30 PM IST and 7:30 AM IST).





 Willingness to work from the office and learn in a hands-on environment.

 Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
