Profile - Pre Sales Engineer VoIP / Dialer / Asterisk
Location- Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to gather technical and functional requirements.
Design and propose VoIP and Dialer-based solutions tailored to customer needs.
Deliver product presentations and live demos of Asterisk-based solutions.
Prepare solution documentation, network diagrams, and architecture plans.
Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to finalize deliverables.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support POCs, test setups, and pilot deployments.
Keep updated with recent VoIP technologies, protocols, and competitive products.
Assist in solution training for internal teams and partners.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols: SIP, RTP, IAX.
Experience in working with VICIdial, or other Asterisk-based dialers.
Ability to troubleshoot call flow issues using logs and tools like Wireshark.
Understanding of dialer functionalities: campaigns, call routing, IVR, queues, agent interfaces, etc.
Basic knowledge of CRM, APIs, and integration concepts.
Hands-on with Linux environments and basic scripting (bash, cron).
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
