Job Purpose
The Head of Operations, India is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Talent Systems' India entity, acting as the senior in country representative of the global organisation. The role is based at the company's primary India office in Ahmedabad, with regular travel to other India locations as required.



The General Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across all India-based functions, ensuring the entity operates in full alignment with global priorities, standards, and values while meeting its local statutory, regulatory, and commercial obligations.

The General Manager (Head of Operations) chairs the India Management Team each of whom reports into their respective global functional leader. The GM is not their line manager, but provides incountry leadership, coordination, and accountability across the team as a whole.

The General Manager(Head of Operations) will execute the India business plan, drive performance against agreed operational and cost targets, and ensure the India team operates as a cohesive, high-performing unit.
