About the Role
We are building a lean,



high-impact data team to drive revenue, operational efficiency, and faster decision-making.
This is not a traditional Data Engineer or Analyst role. You will own problems end-to-end, from raw data to business impact, and act as a data partner to Product, GTM, Finance, and CX teams. You will work directly on revenue reconciliation, growth analytics, and decision intelligence problems at scale.

Skills and Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles, with proven ability to independently partner with business stakeholders and deliver end-to-end data solutions
- Strong SQL skills (non-negotiable) to work with large datasets and ensure data integrity
- Proficiency in Python for building pipelines and automating workflows. Spark experience is a plus
- Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines
