? Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily F&B; operations across restaurant, bar, and banquets

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize F&B; revenue

Collaborate with chefs on menu planning, promotions, and special events

Manage budgets, cost control, and vendor relationships

? Qualifications & Experience:

8–10 years of experience in F&B; management, preferably in boutique/luxury hotels

Strong background in sales and revenue generation

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
