Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation logistics, including freight forwarding, shipping, and customs clearance.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Oversee the overall logistics operations and resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Evaluate and select logistics service providers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable transportation services.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.




- Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan logistics operations accordingly.
- Responsible to take care end to end Import and export Clearances, and movement of material from warehouses across the globe.
- Supervise Value-Added Services like Re-packing, Re-labelling according to the requirements of the customer.
- Manage 3rd party warehouses to store material safely and coordinate to distribute within India.
- Coordinate with Clearing Agents proactively to clear shipments in time without demurrages & detention
