**Job Description**As an International Non-Voice (Chat Support - Freshers) at Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, you will be responsible for providing chat support to international clients. Your main responsibilities will include:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through chat support- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses- Following communication guidelines and maintaining a professional attitude at all timesTo excel in this role, you need to meet the following eligibility criteria:- Any fresher can apply- Any graduates can apply- Good communication skills, fluent in English- Immediate joiners preferredIn terms of language requirements, proficiency in English communication is essential.
