Role Overview:You will be responsible for leading the global procurement service delivery operations, shaping the future of procurement excellence, and ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple categories. As the Procurement Service Delivery Lead, you will manage a team of category managers, oversee strategic sourcing initiatives, operational governance, and stakeholder engagement on a global scale. This role presents an opportunity for a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in procurement leadership to influence organizational strategy, deliver measurable impact, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic global environment.Key Responsibilities:- Define and execute the global procurement service delivery strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and business growth plans.- Drive transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, digital adoption, and sustainability.- Lead and mentor a team of managers across various categories, including Facility Services & Real Estate, Low Dollar Spend, and other indirect procurement areas.- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the procurement organization.- Ensure end-to-end procurement service delivery meets SLAs, compliance standards, and stakeholder expectations.- Implement best-in-class processes leveraging automation and analytics to optimize performance.- Establish robust governance frameworks for supplier performance, contract compliance, and risk mitigation.- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on market trends, cost optimization, and risk management.- Build strong relationships with internal business units and external partners to enable value-driven procurement.Qualifications:- Education:
MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1/Tier-2 B-School (preferred).- Experience: 15 years in procurement and sourcing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa), strong understanding of global sourcing strategies, compliance, and risk management.- Preferred Skills & Attributes: Strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and influencing skills, strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities, ability to lead complex projects and drive organizational change, high attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.Company Information:NIQ is the worlds leading consumer intelligence company, providing a complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to 2023.
