As a General & Op. Accounting Senior Analyst, your role involves proactively supporting management in the reconciliation and collection of outstanding amounts from clients. You will prepare complex financial reports, process journal entries, handle month-end accounting tasks, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and provide coaching to accounts payable and receivable teams. Additionally, you are expected to report costs, productivity, margins, and expenditures while offering financial recommendations.Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Fixed Assets registers- Create and maintain client and vendor master- Verify fixed assets- Report on fixed assets- Run month-end depreciation- Capitalize assets- Process journal entries and accruals in SAP & BPC- Post recurring journal and BPC entries- Clear GL accounts and open items- Support overall financial forecasting processes- Conduct general ledger and financial reporting reconciliation- Run month-end/year-end close processing- Post financial BPC close adjustment- Consolidate financial close- Prepare monthly regulatory and statutory reporting schedules- Report on Balance Sheet and NWC variances- Provide GERP support to countries- Handle month-end loading GERP/SAP to BPCQualifications Required:- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field- CA, ICWA, or MBA (Finance)Experience:- 6 years of work experience in General Ledger Accounting, Month End, Financial Reporting, bank reconciliation, compliance, and inter-company accounting- Extensive experience in finance within a company with international operations- Knowledge of international entities, foreign currency,
