As an Electrical/Electronic Hardware Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing embedded electronics, sensor technologies, and systems to support product innovation, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:- Contributing to the design, development, and validation of electrical circuits, systems, and components for both new and existing products.- Creating and maintaining schematics, PCB layouts, bills of materials, and technical documentation.- Performing electrical testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis on prototypes and production units.- Collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.- Supporting prototype builds, design reviews, and product verification and validation activities.- Ensuring that designs meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality protocols.- Assisting in the selection and qualification of electrical components and suppliers.- Managing electrical and electronic engineering deliverables and timelines across multiple projects in alignment with the Stage Gate Product Development Process.- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction efforts.- Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams, including sales, customer service, and manufacturing, and assisting in training junior engineers and technicians.- Promoting safety protocols and quality standards in all projects by following company procedures and contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.In terms of qualifications,
