As a professional in HR Operations at Jacobs, your role will involve managing various HR activities from employee onboarding to exit. Your responsibilities will include:- Preparation of various letters and updating details in Oracle system- Assisting in End of Service Benefits process- Handling escalations and inquiries promptly- Ensuring data quality and accuracy through regular audits and collaboration with HR partners- Collaborating with shared services vendors for mass uploads and system configurations- Managing system changes such as transfers, promotions, and organizational changes- Troubleshooting HR system-related issues- Coordinating queries on the Case management tool and creating HR tickets- Identifying process issues and engaging stakeholders for resolution- Maintaining confidentiality and data security in compliance with guidelines and policies- Prioritizing work assignments for timely completion- Building relationships with HR partners, networks, and teams across different geographies and cultures- Having a good understanding of Oracle, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, HR Reporting, and data analysis will be beneficialQualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or a relevant field- 1-9 years of experience in HR shared services- Strong communication and client relationship skills- Ability to work in morning shifts starting from 6 am IST- Experience working in a global companys HR Shared Services environment- Familiarity with Oracle, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, HR Reporting, and data analysis tools- Candidates with experience working in the Middle East region will have an added advantagePlease note that the job location for this position is Navi Mumbai, India.
