As a member of the tendering team, your role involves providing complete EHV and HV substation civil Bid engineering support for Tender Bid Lead in a timely and effective manner.**Responsibilities:**- Actively and independently bid offer for EHV and HV substations in AIS/ GIS /HVDC/FACTS- Prepare detailed estimations for civil with substation layout, civil activities involved in EHV and HV substation in all categories- Manage inbound inquiries, coordinate and support customer care initiatives as per instructions- Collaborate with Tender Manager, bid engineering, procurement, vendors, and execution and management teams to ensure competitive pricing and solutions- Align interests and suggestions of all stakeholders in the bid approval process as instructed- Support the bid team on timely PM process for Bid approvals- Participate in Customer/ PMC / Consultant discussions as and when required- Ensure proposals are in line with standards and regulations related to technical, financial, and statutory aspects- Guide the Procurement/Execution teams for ordering suitable vendors- Participate actively in specific strategic initiatives and topics with Tender Management- Identify potential new vendors in challenging market dynamics situations**Experience/Skills Required:**- Valuable understanding of Civil Engineering Estimates of Buildings/infrastructures, specifically related to substations HV/EHV portfolio- Experience in Power plant, renewable energy, cement plants, steel plants, or other industrial sectors if lacking HV/EHV experience- Knowledge of Codal provisions, Schedule of Rates- Ability to learn new contractual concepts in Technical, Financial, and procurement functions- Experience in tender bidding,
