As an Electrical Sub-station Site In-charge, your role involves supervising civil and electrical works with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Ideally, you should have 5 years of experience in HVDC/FACTS sub-station projects. Your responsibilities during the OTR phase include:- Overall supervision of civil and installation works.- Acting as the main point of contact for operational aspects of all site subcontracts.- Ensuring implementation of EHS guidelines and customers requirements.- Planning C&C; activities within the project schedule for on-time delivery.- Reporting unsafe practices and deviations to the Site Manager.- Maintaining progress reporting and dashboards for project management.- Monitoring site establishment cost, housekeeping, and security of materials.- Developing red markup drawings and maintaining client relationships.In terms of personnel management, you will lead and manage construction site teams to meet performance standards and project goals. Additionally, you will provide feedback on skills and know-how to superiors for staff deployed at construction sites.Regarding health and safety, you are expected to demonstrate EHS leadership, enforce the STOP-WORK POLICY, and ensure compliance with GE GRID EHS policies.
