As a Senior Manager Finance (GL Controller & Subsidiary Accounting), your role involves overseeing the GL Accounting operations for Pan India. Your key responsibilities include:- Record accurate journal entries, including adjustments, accruals, and petty cash settlements.- Assist in monthly closing activities to ensure P&L; and Balance Sheet accuracy.- Perform supplier ledger matching and handle monthly provisions and accruals.- Ensure accounting compliance as per IND AS 116/109.- Assist in Taxation Assessments and support TDS deduction and filings.- Coordinate with auditors for periodic and statutory audits.- Prepare financial summaries, assist in Overhead Controlling, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.- Ensure tallying of Subsidiary Balances and handle monthly and yearly consolidation of Subsidiary Books.- Ensure completeness and accuracy of Subsidiary Accounting.Qualifications required for this role include being a CA with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in computer applications and financial systems is a must, and team handling experience is a plus. Preferred experience includes a solid understanding of accounting principles and experience with ERP systems.
